So, I (Hannah/Kitsune) have ADHD, diagnosed late in life at 36. Even though I now know why I have so much trouble organising things and completing projects, why I'm so distracted and all over the place, there's a lifetime of external and internal criticism I battle with constantly. I feel guilty for all the ways I have let my loved ones down, especially when my physical and mental health is poor and I become very withdrawn.

I think most creatives have this battle within them, of not feeling productive enough, or being good enough, which can hold us back from making and releasing our work into the world. However, there's a different voice inside me, inside all of us, that reminds us that everything's OK, that we're doing our best, that nothing really matters as much as we think it does, and we should just go ahead, live our lives, and be proud of ourselves and our accomplishments.
